250g Brancourt Cottage cheese (Classic, Lactose Free or Protein+)
1 mango or 2 nectarines, flesh removed and sliced
2 tablespoons of mixed nuts and seeds, LSA mix or chopped roasted almonds
1 tablespoon white chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey
