Blend all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into a loaf tin and freeze for a minimum of 2 hours – remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving.
Protein Berry ‘Nice’ Cream
Scoop with an ice cream scoop into a bowl. Leave as balls or smooth over and add fresh berries on top.
1 cup Brancourts Cottage Cheese
1 banana, frozen
2 cups frozen berries
1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup protein yogurt
