Mould Ripened

Brancourts Brie and Camembert are some of the finest white mould cheese being produced in Australia today. These cheeses have a velvety white rind with a creamy golden interior. These products should be allowed to sit out of the refrigerator for at least an hour prior to being served to allow the delicate flavours and textures to be fully realised.

The perfect partner to a cheeky champagne, chardonnay or pinot cider.

Great with green apples, pears, strawberries, melons, grapes, walnuts,
crackers and crusty breads.
