Greg and Rosanna Pennisi of Paddington's brand new Fresh @ Central market are fans of Brancourts. (Fresh @ Central is Shop 2B, Paddington Central, 107 Latrobe Tce, Paddington (ph: 3367 2007).Brancourts is a specialty cheesemaker at Yagoona in Sydney's western suburbs. It is well known for soft curds and ricotta but Greg is a big fan of its yoghurts which are supplied fresh, not frozen.These come in tubs along with fruit purees such as mango, passionfruit and mixed berry.Brancourts picked up a gold medal for its plain yoghurt at last year's Fromage du Monde cheese show in Sydney – an event where the public is the judge.
