Greg and Rosanna Pennisi of Paddington's brand new Fresh @ Central market are fans of Brancourts.

Brancourts is a specialty cheesemaker at Yagoona in Sydney's western suburbs. It is well known for soft curds and ricotta but Greg is a big fan of its yoghurts which are supplied fresh, not frozen.
